RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This return policy is ONLY applicable for purchases on www.snapfreshtools.com.

 

We execute a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All packaging and accessories are still in new condition and will not affect resale. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at afterservice@snapfreshpro.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label via Email for your convenience, please print the label out, paste it on the returned package and drop it off to shipping service location. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. You may also use your own carrier for the return, and a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is recommended. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at afterservice@snapfreshpro.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and find a solution best for you, including but not limited to exchange, replace and/or refund.

 

We will make refund to your original payment method within two business day after receiving your returned item. If you pay by credit card, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. The refund result will be notified via Email.
